What is Screen Print?

Screen printing is a method to transfer ink onto a substrate using a mesh. Long ago, a mesh was made out of silk, hence the name silk screen printing. Mesh currently is made out of polyester. By pressing ink through a mesh using a stencil (usually light sensitive), ink is distrubuted to a variety of print areas, most commonly used, paper and textile.

What is the cost?

Pricing is based on multiple factors, such as; type, brand, color, quantities and size of garment being printed. Number of print locations. Number of colors used. Going through our ordering process, will narrow down your options.

What is the minimum amount I can order?

Minimum amount is 12 pieces per type of garment. Usually, the more you order the cheaper it gets.

Can I keep "screens" used on my order?

Screens are property of Gabriel Screen Print.















Yard Sign Questions

What are Yard Signs made out of?

4mm Coroplast (corrugated plastic).

What is the lifespan of Yard Signs?

Up to three years in normal conditions. We use UV resistant ink, therefore making artwork/message last longer than usual.

Are Yard Signs printed full color?

We use one color only. We screen print one or two sided.

I do not have artwork. What can I do?

If you do not have artwork or a particular design, no problem, we can help you at additional cost.















General Questions

Can I give you a photo as artwork?

All artwork must be created as a "vector" file, preferably created by a computer program. Commonly known programs used to create such artwork are: Affinity Designer, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. If created in Adobe Photoshop, save artwork with all "layers" and at least 300dpi. If artwork has text, all text must be converted to "line art", "outlines" and or "curves". Common vector file types include: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) and .svg (Scalable Vector Graphics).

Can I make changes to my order?

Once a payment has been made, We can not change it. Anything added to the order after the order has started will be considered a new order.

Can I have my screen prints today?

Our turnaround time is usually 7 to 14 business days. We do offer a rush service at an additional cost, please specify on estimate if you need a rush order.
NOTE: Shipping time is not part of turnaround time. Gabriel Screen Print is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.

Can I delay my order?

Estimate and Invoice may change. Both are good for 30 days. You will receive an estimate within 2 to 3 business days from your order form registered date. If estimate is approved, you'll receive an updated Invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in production. You will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a payment covering any service already started and or provided and delivered.

How long does it take to get my order?

After Invoice is signed approved and paid 100% up front, orders generally takes from 7 to 14 business days. Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
